This Subscription Policy explains how recurring orders work when you purchase products on a subscription basis from Mushmore Pty Ltd.
By purchasing a product through a subscription, you agree to the terms outlined below.
1. How Subscriptions Work
Some Mushmore products may be available as recurring subscriptions.
When you choose a subscription option, your selected product will automatically be delivered at the frequency you choose during checkout (for example every 30 days).
Your payment method will be automatically charged before each shipment.
Subscriptions are designed to provide a convenient way to receive your products regularly without needing to place a new order each time.
2. Billing
When you start a subscription:

future charges will occur automatically according to the selected delivery schedule
All prices are displayed in Australian Dollars (AUD) unless otherwise stated.
Prices may change over time. If the price of a subscription product changes, we will notify you before the next billing cycle.
3. Managing Your Subscription
You can manage your subscription at any time through your customer account or subscription portal.
Depending on the subscription platform used, you may be able to:

Changes should be made before the next billing date to ensure they apply to the upcoming order.
4. Cancelling a Subscription

Cancellation requests must be made before the next billing date to prevent the next order from being processed.
Once an order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

If a subscription payment cannot be processed, the system may attempt to charge the payment method again.
If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be paused or cancelled until a valid payment method is provided.
6. Subscription Discounts
From time to time, Mushmore may offer special pricing or discounts for subscription purchases.
These discounts are available only while the subscription remains active and may change or be discontinued at any time.
