At Mushmore Pty Ltd, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. This Returns & Refund Policy explains when you may be eligible for a return, replacement, or refund.

This policy operates in accordance with your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.


1. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to:

  • a replacement or refund for a major failure, and

  • compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if they fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.


2. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of consumable health products, we generally do not accept returns for change of mind.

However, at our discretion, we may accept a return if:

  • the item is unused and unopened

  • the item is in its original packaging

  • the return request is made within 14 days of delivery

If a change-of-mind return is approved:

  • the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

  • original shipping fees are non-refundable


3. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is:

  • damaged during delivery

  • defective

  • incorrect

please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

We may request:

  • your order number

  • photos of the product and packaging

If the issue is confirmed, we will arrange one of the following:

  • replacement product

  • refund

  • store credit


4. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for:

  • opened supplement containers

  • used products

  • products damaged due to misuse

  • products returned without prior approval

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos if applicable

If your return is approved, we will provide instructions for returning the item.


6. Refund Processing

Once a returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, refunds will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your account, depending on your payment provider.


7. Shipping Costs

Unless required under the Australian Consumer Law, shipping costs are generally non-refundable.

If a product is confirmed to be faulty or incorrect, we will cover the cost of replacement shipping.
